Community guidelines
These guidelines are a working draft. The published version will be approved by AIEG before launch and managed by our moderation team.
Be who you say you are
Use your real name and represent only businesses you are authorised to act for. Fake business claims and impersonation lead to suspension.
Trade honestly
No fraudulent offers, advance-fee schemes or misleading claims about products, certifications or capacity. Report suspicious activity — we investigate every report.
Respect other members
No harassment, threats or abusive language. Connect by mutual consent; do not send repeated unwanted requests or bulk promotions.
Keep it lawful
Do not post illegal or restricted content, or offer goods and services that may not be legally traded. Licensed trade must comply with all applicable regulations.
How we enforce
Moderators may remove content, warn, restrict or suspend accounts. Decisions can be appealed once, and a different moderator reviews each appeal.
